Yesterday was was ridiculously hot. But, we are a bunch that can't be cooped up indoors too long without going stir-crazy, so we grabbed some lunch and headed out to Prospect Park. It's a wonderful park that hosts a wedding venue, a preschool and a theater. The park is so big and has so many trees that while standing at any one of the venues, you can't see the others. It's a fun place to walk around and explore, although it would have been more fun had it not been so hot.
Despite the heat, it was a fantastic Mother's day- I got to relax and enjoy my kiddos.

ReplyDeleteMy husband does silly things too, I was trying to take a picture of him walking with the boys at the zoo from behind and he turns around and decides to be a smarty and give me the one finger salute as I hit the button. I wanted to kick his butt but, its too cute to do that. LOL
